PROBLEM OVERVIEW
Popularity of wireless things has been skyrocketing in recent years. Wireless technology is so wide spread that now we are able to control various objects, such as car locks, house lights, coffee machines etc. using a smartphones. Our main goal is to to develop a general purpose controller which is pre-configured with several basic tasks.
PRE-EXISTING SOLUTIONS
In today’s technologically booming society, wireless technology is taking over like no other. As more and more technology is becoming accessible to society, people have started to turn mundane tasks into a intriguing spin with the use of technology. Simple tasks such as turning off lights can be done though a remote, while starting a car is also possible. In short, our society has adapted technology at its best, using technology to make tasks easier and more simpler than ever.

PROJECT GOAL
In this project, we have been trying to reach our goal of having a control panel that will control the intensity of the light. We created a code for Arduino that will allow the Arduino to both receive messages from the router and transfer that into the correct language that will dim and brighten the light . Also, we created a code that will send messages form our control panel through the router and send it to the Arduino.
Design a electric device like light, fan, etc which is able to receive internet signals and perform required tasks. Device should be able to controlled by any king of smart phone or a form of internet.

- Week 3 – Get circuit board and start working on it.
- Week 5 – Start working with software to make light blink.
- Week 7 - Construction Completed
- Week 8 - Preliminary Testing Completed
- Week 9 - Final Analysis and Design Changes, Working Prototype completed.
